Cancellations & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction & Scope

This Cancellations & Refunds Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made on The Financial Vines, a product of Jobsarus Online Pvt. Ltd. ("The Financial Vines," "we," "us," or "our"). This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase of digital content, access to premium tools, "Lifetime Access" plans, subscription-based services, AI-powered features, and any other product or service offered on our platform (collectively, the "Services").

By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not make any purchase. Your completion of a purchase constitutes a binding agreement to these terms.

2. General Principle: No Refunds

All sales on The Financial Vines are final. We operate a strict no-refund policy. Due to the digital nature of our Services and the immediate access granted to our proprietary content, tools, and intellectual property upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the service, a change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to use the Services.

You are responsible for understanding the features and requirements of our Services before making a purchase. We provide detailed descriptions, and in some cases, free or limited versions of our tools to allow you to evaluate them prior to committing to a purchase.

3. Digital Products and Immediate Access

Our platform primarily offers digital products and services. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the purchased content, calculators, AI features, or course materials. This immediate delivery and consumption model makes it impossible to "return" the service in a traditional sense. Therefore, once access has been granted, no refunds can be processed. This applies to all one-time purchases of specific tools, reports, or content packs.

4. Subscription Services

For any Services offered on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annual access to certain features), the following terms apply:

  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
  • No Refunds for Subscriptions: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused time, or pro-rated amounts upon cancellation. For example, if you are on a monthly plan and cancel halfway through the month, you will not be refunded for the remaining days of that month. Similarly, if you are on an annual plan and cancel after three months, you will not receive a refund for the remaining nine months.

5. Lifetime Access Plans: Forfeiture upon Cancellation

From time to time, we may offer a "Lifetime Access" plan for certain Services. This is a special, one-time purchase granting access for the operational lifetime of that specific Service. The following terms are critical:

A "Lifetime Access" plan is a commitment from both parties. Should you choose to initiate a cancellation, request a refund, or dispute the charge for a Lifetime Access plan after purchase, the fundamental nature of the transaction is considered altered by your action.

Crucially, upon any user-initiated cancellation or refund request for a Lifetime Access plan, the purchase shall be retroactively re-characterized. The amount paid will be deemed a "One-Time Use and Access Fee" for the period during which you had access to the Service. The "lifetime" component of the agreement is immediately and irrevocably forfeited. As this One-Time Use and Access Fee is considered fully earned by us upon your initial access to the Service, you will not be eligible for any refund, partial or full.

6. The Cancellation Process

You retain the right to cancel your subscription-based Services at any time. The cancellation procedure is designed to be straightforward. You can typically manage your subscription through your user account dashboard. If you cannot find this option, you must contact our support team to formally request the cancellation.

Please be explicitly aware that the act of cancellation simply prevents future billing cycles. It does not, under any circumstance, trigger a refund for the current or any past billing periods. The service will remain active until the end of the paid term.

7. Service Interruption or Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services at any time, with or without notice. In the unlikely event of a complete service discontinuation, we are not obligated to provide any refunds. Any decision to offer a pro-rated credit or alternative service will be at our sole and absolute discretion. We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not provide refunds for temporary outages, maintenance periods, or technical issues.

8. Discretionary Refunds and Policy Exceptions

While our stated policy is to not offer refunds, we reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to grant a refund or credit in exceptional circumstances. Such a decision in one instance does not constitute a waiver of this policy in any other instance, nor does it create an obligation for us to offer a refund in any similar future situation. Any request for a discretionary review must be submitted to our support team with a detailed explanation, and the final decision rests entirely with The Financial Vines.

9. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider is a violation of these terms. If you have a billing issue, you must contact our support team first to attempt a resolution. If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, dispute the chargeback, and provide the payment processor with evidence of your agreement to this Policy.

10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellations & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
